This particular bracelet is one of my favorites.  I used specific stones that have helped me during stressful times (Clear Quartz, Fluorite, Crackle Agate) and the message of it is to take a "breather."  The charm literally commands you to stop and slow down, paying attention to breath and meditating to clear one's mind.
